You can experience a Hito treatment at the Light Centre Moorgate, just within 3 minutes walking distance from the Moorgate tube station.  Your therapist is also available for home visits at certain times of the week depending on the location.

The initial appointment lasts always 1 hour (except if differently required by your insurance company) to allow you and your therapist to have sufficient time for a detailed chat, the physical assessment, plan development and discussion and the treatment. Please arrive 10 minutes in advance to have enough time to read and sign the consent form. Then depending on your choice about the plan discussed or depending on your insurance policy, you can have 30 or 60 minute follow-up appointments.

Any delay due to your late arrival will be taken from the time you have booked. In the rare case of any delays due to your therapist, please wait in the waiting room to be called and you will agree together how and when to recover the time lost, usually as an extension of your current session.

We will send you a reminder via mail and SMS the day before your appointment, please respond ‘yes’ to ensure your appointment time is secured or reschedule your appointment to an appropriate time.

We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This is to allow us time to offer your appointment time to someone else who may need treatment. Late cancellations within the 24-hour cancellation period or failure to attend an appointment will result to a cancellation fee of 50% of standard charges.

Usually we are able to offer an appointment within 48 hours to maximum 1 week depending on bookings. If you are unable to find a time that suits you when online booking please contact us to let us know your availability and we will do our
best to fit you in.

There are no specific dress requirements. Most of techniques can be delivered even over the clothes. We advice patients to wear comfortable clothes made of soft and thin fabrics avoiding thick jeans, trousers or jumpers.

When doing a postural analysis it will be best if the patient wears sports clothes or only the underwear, as this helps the therapist to make better observations of the main reference point in the main joints, leading to a most accurate diagnosis.

For some treatment techniques such as Myofascial Induction will be more effective if delivered with a direct skin contact. In this case, we advice patients to wear only the underwear or a swimsuit.  Please discuss with your therapist if this is not an option for you so a workaround can be agreed.

You can generally pay by card, cash or bank order.  In these cases, payment is required immediately after the treatment.

In case of use of your insurance cover the type of payment will depend on your specific policy requirements (e.g. full payment by patient to be refunded by the insurer, excess, etc.).
