Excellent physio, very professional and thorough. Alessio has helped me a lot with my dizziness and neck problem, still work in progress but I feel very relaxed after every session and a lot more steady on my feet. Very friendly and calming atmosphere, absolutely recommend it.

Alessio is one of the best physiotherapist I have ever met. He takes pride in his work and always puts his patients first. Not many therapists take a holistic approach to managing pain. The techniques that he applies have cured my neck pain and foot tingling. His sessions feel like going to a wellness retreat.

Hito Physio is run by two beautiful people. The treatments have so far been extremely beneficial. I came with a bad case of vertigo, always leave feeling thoroughly relaxed and clearheaded. The condition, although still hanging around, has lessened. Great follow up care as well.

I have had a problem with my calves for years, Alessio has fixed this for me by doing specialized massages and showing me excellent stretches and exercises to do. I will be playing football again in a few weeks after not being able to for years. He is very knowledgeable and a nice guy too, I highly recommend.

I saw Alessio for I was having issues with my feet and I felt better after the sessions with him . I appreciated Alessio's knowledge of pressure points, the practice of which eased the tension I was experiencing in my feet. Alessio was also very attuned to listening and offering advice and support referencing different movement disciplines and healing methods.
